Job Description

Our partner agency is looking for a Freelance Sales Agent for the Italian market to join their team in Istanbul or work remotely from Turkey or Europe. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle through the Evaneos platform, from first contact with travelers to post-trip follow-up.

You will combine advisory, sales, and operational responsibilities to create smooth and inspiring travel experiences for Italian-speaking travelers. If you enjoy building relationships with clients and turning ideas into well-crafted journeys, this role is for you.

💼 Your main missions

🧭 Sales & customer support

  • Advise Italian-speaking travelers and design tailor-made itineraries aligned with their interests and expectations.

  • Engage with clients through the Evaneos platform, ensuring clear and responsive communication.

  • Understand travelers' needs in depth to propose relevant and inspiring travel solutions.

  • Guide clients throughout the booking process, from initial inquiry to confirmation.

💼 Operations & practical management

  • Prepare and validate detailed travel proposals and quotations in line with agency standards.

  • Coordinate the practical aspects of each trip with local partners and providers.

  • Ensure all travel components are aligned and ready for smooth execution.

🌟 Customer care & quality during the trip

  • Act as the main point of contact for travelers during their journey.

  • Monitor the quality of services and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Handle any issues or adjustments with responsiveness and professionalism.

🌱 Responsible tourism

  • Promote sustainable and responsible travel practices in all itineraries.

  • Encourage choices that support local communities and minimize environmental impact.

📊 Administrative & reporting

  • Track and report sales performance to the Managing Director.

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions.


💰 Contract conditions

  • 📅 Type of contract: Freelance

  • 📍 Location: On site in Istanbul or remote from Turkey

  • 🤝 Availability: As soon as possible

  • 💻 Work mode: Remote from Turkey (on-site if based in Istanbul)

  • 💲 Compensation: To be discussed during the recruitment process

  • 🎯 Variable compensation: Fixed commission per dossier or sale

  • 👤 Reporting to: Managing Director

Preferred Experience

✅ Core skills & experience

  • At least 2–4 years of experience in tourism, sales, or customer service roles

  • Strong ability to understand client needs and deliver high-quality, personalized solutions

  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail when managing multiple travel files

  • Confidence in sales and negotiation, with a results-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong communication with the team

  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment

  • Solid knowledge of the Turkish region

🌐 Languages required

  • Italian – Native or C1

  • English - B2 or C1
