Descriptif du poste

As a Local Agent Intern, you will be based on-site in Bali and work primarily with the French-speaking market. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer care, operations, and quality monitoring within a local DMC environment.

You will be involved throughout the travelers’ journey, acting as a key contact point before and during the trip, while collaborating closely with the local team and partners. This internship is ideal for someone eager to discover the behind-the-scenes of tailor-made travel and to grow professionally in an international setting.

💼 Your main missions

🌟 Customer care & quality during the trip

  • Act as the main contact for travelers during their stay, ensuring smooth communication and reassurance.

  • Handle unexpected situations such as complaints, cancellations, or on-trip issues with professionalism and empathy.

  • Monitor service quality throughout the trip to guarantee a high level of satisfaction.

  • Collect travelers’ feedback after the trip and contribute to client loyalty and continuous improvement.

📊 Administrative & financial tasks

  • Track the profitability of travel files and monitor key performance indicators.

  • Report sales and operational data to support internal follow-up.

  • Assist in managing supplier contracts and maintaining accurate records.

🌱 Responsible tourism

  • Promote sustainable and responsible travel practices in daily operations.

  • Select and work with eco-conscious local suppliers.

  • Educate travelers about local culture, environmental impact, and responsible behaviors during their trip.

💰 Contract conditions

  • 📍 Location: Bali, Indonesia

  • 🤝 Availability: Within 3 months (June 2026)

  • ⏰ Working time: Full-time

  • 💻 Work mode: On-site in Bali

Languages required

  • French – Native or C1

  • English – B2 (spoken and written, for internal communication)

  • Minimum age: 20 years old, with the ability to adapt and live abroad
