Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Italian sales agent to join our partner agency’s team in Indonesia. You will manage travelers' requests via the Evaneos platform and you will be the main contact for travelers of the Italian market. With its network of over 1000 partner local travel agencies in more than 160 destinations, Evaneos participates in the recruitment of sales agents for its partner agencies. Your missions as a sales agent in Indonesia 🚀

Reporting to Emanuele, you will be in charge of the Italian market customers. Your main tasks will be: 

  • Advising customers to offer them a tailor-made trip that meets their expectations

  • Getting in touch with travelers through the Evaneos platform 

  • Understanding travelers' expectations and specific needs 

  • Actively handling our leads or clients from Italy

  • Initiate communication with potential clients through phone or email, develop a connection, and arrange meeting appointments

  • Coordinate with Travel Assistants to create the most suitable Travel itinerary for clients

  • Take the initiative to promote our product on social media and retains our clients

  • Being able to maintain good communication and relations from new leads up to closing

  • Build a good relationship with all the clients

  • Being the local point of contact for travelers throughout their trip 

  • Performing quality monitoring during the trip 

  • Handling travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds

📅 Duration & contract type: local contract - 1 year possible to be renewed

📌 Precise location: Ruko L'Agricola C, Jl. Raya Curug Sangereng No.16 Curug Sangereng, Kelapa Dua, Tangerang Regency, Banten 15810 

🤝 Availability (Starting dates): from January 2025

💲 Salary: Rp. 12,000,000 - 12,500,000 per month - Earn 1.5% commission on your travel sales (Annual Commission) 

⏰ Working time per day and week: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday

  • Free strategist accommodation that we have provided while in Indonesia (Apartment)

Preferred Experience

✅ Core skills

  • You are native in Italian and proficient in English

  • You have 2+ years of experience in tourism and previous sales experience

  • You already live in Indonesia

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and you are customer-oriented

  • You have experience in travel industry would be a plus
