Your missions as a Sales Agent in Tanzania
Reporting to Solène Perbost, you will be responsible for the Italian markets.
Your main missions will include:
✈️ Advising customers and tailoring trips
Getting in touch with travelers through the Evaneos platform
Understanding travelers’ expectations and specific needs
Providing travelers with guidance regarding destinations, cultures, traditions, and activities
🧳 Managing the practical aspects of the trip
Matching travelers' requirements with transportation, accommodation, insurance, tours, and activities according to their budget
Handling booking management for hotels and activities
Billing the travelers
🌟 Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the trip
Being the local point of contact for travelers throughout their trip
Performing quality monitoring during the trip
Handling travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds
Profile
✅ Core Skills
Native italian speaker and proficient in English
Excellent knowledge of Tanzania, its culture, traditions, and points of interest
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Minimum 2+ years of experience in tourism and previous sales experience

Already living in Tanzania
Comfortable with the Tanzanian lifestyle and local culture

📅 Contract type: Local contract – minimum 2 years

💰 Salary: Negotiable
🕓 Working hours: Monday–Friday (8am–5pm) & Saturday from home (8am–1pm)
💻 Flexible work: One additional full day working from home allowed (Monday–Friday)
