Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated German-speaking sales agent to join our partner agency’s team in Norway. You will be responsible to launch the DACH market with the team. Then, you will manage travelers' requests via the Evaneos platform and you will be the main contact for travelers in the DACH market. With its network of over 1000 partner local travel agencies in more than 160 destinations, Evaneos participates in the recruitment of sales agents for its partner agencies. Your missions as a travel designer in Norway

🚀 Launching of the new market : the DACH market

  • Translation of document into German

  • Preparing the market launch

🕵️ Advising customers to offer them a tailor-made trip that meets their expectations

  • Getting in touch with travelers through the Evaneos platform

  • Understanding travelers' expectations and specific needs

  • Providing travelers with guidance regarding destinations, cultures, traditions, and activities

🧳 Managing all the practical aspects of the trip

  • Matching travelers' requirements with transportation, accommodation, insurance, tours, and activities according to their budget

  • Handling booking management for hotels and activities

  • Billing the travelers

🌟 Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the trip

  • Being the local point of contact for travelers throughout their trip

  • Performing quality monitoring during the trip

  • Handling travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds

Additional information

📅 Duration & contract type: VIE – 1 year contract

📌 Precise location: Oslo, Norway

🤝 Availability (Starting dates): From the 1st of December or January 2025

💲 Salary: according to the Business France references

Preferred Experience

✅ Core skills

  • You are native / have a good level in German

  • You have a good level in French (the whole team is French)

  • You have 2+ years of experience sales, ideally in the tourism industry

  • You know well Norway (or another Scandinavian destination) its culture, traditions and points of interest

  • You have a passion for travels

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and you are customer-oriented

💥 Bonus skills

  • You already know the DACH market specificities in the tourism industry

  • You are not afraid of the unexpected and adaptable

  • You enjoy problem-solving

  • Organization and time management have no secrets for you
