Job Description

🌍 Role, Team & Impact

Evaneos is growing fast across Europe — and your market is key.

As DACH & NL Country Manager, you’ll lead our growth in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.

You’ll own the strategy, manage your performance, guide our brand, and make sure what we offer speaks directly to local travelers.

You’ll be both a business owner and a trusted voice inside the company.

Your insights will shape our marketing, product and supply roadmap.

And in the DACH region, you’ll be Evaneos’ face — building trust and visibility.


🇩🇪 Your role as DACH & NL Country Manager

Here’s what your responsibilities will include:

🌅 Market Development Vision & Strategy

  • Decode trends and competitors → turn them into clear, actionable insights.

  • Co-build the local roadmap with marketing, brand, product and supply.

  • Translate strategy into performance with market plans.

  • Work hand in hand with your peers across Europe.

📊 Growth & Business Acceleration

  • Track and challenge performance through weekly reviews and clear, data-led actions.

  • Manage and coach our Growth Marketing Manager for DACH & NL.

  • Activate key growth levers across SEO, CRM, paid and local partnerships.

  • Test and refine channels, destinations and user flows to drive sustainable growth.

🇩🇪 Market Relevance & User Insights

  • Define personas with insights from Data, Product, CRM, and Customer Care.

  • Inform the offer strategy and monitor its local performance.

  • Ensure localisation feels native — from messaging to brand assets.

🗣️ Evaneos Spokesperson

  • Lead our voice in DACH, in close collaboration with PR and brand teams.

  • Represent Evaneos at key events and trade fairs to grow visibility and stay close to the market.

💰 Salary range is €65K-74K. Transparent salary decisions based on clear benchmarks, career progression frameworks, and peer alignment to ensure fairness.

Preferred Experience

✨ What we’re looking for:

  • You speak German fluently (native or near-native) and navigate in English with ease. Dutch or French is a nice bonus.

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in B2C digital marketing, with at least 2 years focused on the German-speaking market.

  • You’ve led growth or lifecycle strategies — across paid channels, CRM, SEO, or partnerships — and know what makes local users click, convert, and come back.

  • You know how to align stakeholders (Product, Brand, Supply, Customer Care...) and move fast without silos.

  • You’re fluent in KPIs, funnels, budgets — and use data to fuel action.

  • Bonus: you’ve worked on local brand positioning or media collabs in the DACH region.
