We are looking for an experienced and motivated Italian-speaking freelance travel expert to join our team. You will manage travel requests for the Italian market via the Evaneos platform and craft unique, customized itineraries for your travelers.
With its network of over 1,000 partner local travel agencies in more than 160 destinations, Evaneos supports the recruitment of sales agents for its partners. Under the supervision of the agency manager, you will be responsible for handling traveler requests and designing trips for the Italian market. Your main tasks will include:
🕵️ Advising travelers and building tailor-made trips
Communicating with travelers via the Evaneos platform
Understanding their needs, expectations, and travel preferences
Proposing original, adapted, and meaningful itineraries
🧳 Managing the practical aspects of each trip
Designing customized travel plans, combining logistics, accommodations, and local experiences
Handling quotes, invoicing, and bookings
🌟 Ensuring satisfaction throughout the customer journey
Acting as a point of contact before and during the trip
Managing potential issues or last-minute changes

💲 Compensation: Attractive base salary + variable on sales (6% on net margin) - Incentive on target reached

✅ Key Skills
You are a native Italian speaker or have excellent command of Italian
English speaking / writing as professional and communication language
You have strong knowledge of Japan and its culture
You have proven experience in travel planning, sales, or tourism
You are autonomous, organized, and customer-oriented

Good command of Japanese or Korean Language will be an advantage
You are already based in Japan or willing to relocate in the future
