Your missions as a sales agent in Malta
Reporting to Sandra , you will be responsible for the French market with the other members of the team. Your main missions will be:
🕵 Advising customers to offer them a tailor-made trip that meets their expectations
Getting in touch with travelers through the Evaneos platform.
Understanding travelers' expectations and specific needs.
Providing travelers with guidance regarding destinations, cultures, traditions, and activities.
🧳 Managing all the practical aspects of the trip
Matching travelers' requirements with transportation, accommodation, insurance, tours, and activities according to their budget.
Handling booking management for hotels and activities.
🌟 Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the trip
Being the local point of contact for travelers throughout their trip.
Performing quality monitoring during the trip.
Handling travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds.
Your Profile
✅ Core skills
You are native in French and proficient in English (B1 - B2 level required).
You have 2+ years of experience in tourism and previous sales experience.
You already live in Malta, or have lived in Malta, therefore you are as a duck takes to water as you are experiencing the local lifestyle.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and you are customer-oriented.

You have a good level in any other language.
You are not afraid of the unexpected and adaptable.
You enjoy problem-solving.
Organization and time management have no secrets for you.
