Job Description

You will be fully integrated with the CRM Cross market team based in Paris, under the direct management of the Head Of CRM and you will collaborate with the local marketing teams (7 markets to our credit!)

Your mission:

Accompanying in Multichannel Automated Programs and Newsletters

  • Support for creating and making one shot campaign targetings available to local marketing teams
  • Support for the implementation of new features: dynamic content, customization, etc.
  • Accompaniment in the coordination and management of automatic campaigns on our classic channels (email), and new ones (push, on-site personalisation, facebook ads…)
  • Strength of proposal on the improvement of the prospect and customer lifecycle (sequencing, targeting, content, etc.) : ideas for new programs, configuration, test / BAT and reports
  • Validation of BAT and support of markets for optimization

Reportings, KPI’s and Customer Knowledge

  • Competitive intelligence on the market, benchmark of market best practices and techniques etc.
  • Support on setting up automated reporting of all automated programs (in our data visualization tool) and regular monitoring once in place
  • Creation of follow ups or ad-hoc studies if necessary

Coordination and Support

  • Help the local marketing teams by supporting them during the implementation of their digital CRM actions
  • Support the teams with Training on our different tools

Preferred Experience

  • You have a first operational experience in emailing and have a good knowledge of direct digital marketing and relationship marketing
  • You are data driven and have a good understanding of reporting and analysis
  • You are both rigorous and responsive and you know how to anticipate and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • You are curious and full of ideas. Your strength of proposal and your autonomy allow you to propose and implement relevant and effective solutions
  • You are a great team player, have a good ability to share information and to foster collaboration seamlessly
  • Fluency in English is essential
