At Evaneos, we’re passionate about delivering unique and personalized travel experiences by connecting travelers with a global network of local travel agencies. Within the Supply & Sales Department, the B2B Marketing & Operations team plays a key role in supporting these agencies through targeted marketing initiatives and scalable operational processes.
We are looking for a B2B Marketing & Operations Assistant for a 6-month internship starting in September 2026. Your mission? Activate, engage, and re-energize our network of local travel agency partners, a central pillar of the Evaneos business model.
As part of our B2B Marketing & Sales Ops team, you will contribute directly to our ambition: maximizing partner engagement and performance at scale. Thanks to your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to turn insights into action, you will have a direct impact on the activity generated by our partners.
The B2B Marketing & Operations team 👥
You will join an international team at the heart of Evaneos’ business, dedicated to supporting our partners (local agencies) in their growth, upskilling, and commercial performance.
We collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Sustainability to create a seamless and impactful partner experience.
You will be mentored by Alice, B2B Marketing Manager, and work hand-in-hand with the Account Development team and the broader Operations team.
Your role as B2B Marketing & Operations Intern 📝
As part of the B2B team, you will play a key role in activating and engaging our existing partner network and helping us build more efficient, scalable processes.
🚀 Drive partner engagement & activation
Design and launch targeted B2B communications (newsletters, lifecycle campaigns,…) to activate partners at key moments of their journey
Segment our partner base to deliver relevant, personalized, and high-impact messaging
Monitor and analyze campaign performance (engagement, activation, conversion) and turn data into actionable recommendations
Identify optimization opportunities, run tests, and continuously improve how we drive partner activity
Conduct benchmarks and market research to feed and challenge our B2B strategy
⚙️ Improve B2B operations & partner experience
Create and enhance partner-facing content (guides, templates, playbooks) to support their success
Help structure and optimize partner journeys (onboarding, activation, re-engagement) to make them smoother and more effective
Contribute to improving CRM tools, workflows, and dashboards to support better decision-making
Work closely with Sales Ops, Product Marketing, and other teams to identify friction points and implement concrete improvements
