Job Description

We’re looking for a data-driven campaign manager to join our brand team at Evaneos.

Reporting to the Brand & Comms Lead, you will project manage multi-channel brand campaigns and analyze the performance of social, media, PR, and digital activations. You will also work with external agencies and internal teams to measure and report on long-term qual/quant brand KPIs, including awareness and brand perception.

You will be the link between the creative team, performance and data teams, and external media agencies.

This is a new role created in phase with increased brand investment. Your main challenge will be to create a clear and efficient framework while regularly monitoring and improving performance. You’ll join a passionate team working to revolutionize the travel industry, creating better trips for travelers and better trips for the world.
Main missions

Support the roll-out of complex campaigns setting and communicating clear KPIs, deadlines, and actions between teams.
Track and analyze 360 brand campaigns with external partners, measuring impact, reach, and brand perception – during and post activation
Report on ongoing brand perception and awareness KPIs
Input on strategy and media planning with external agencies
Build synergies with data and performance marketing teams

Deliver timely and organized campaign delivery.
Ensure accurate and consistent monitoring and analysis
Set clear processes and frameworks to measure and track KPIs
Build strong relationships between teams and provide operational support as needed

Preferred Experience


You have excellent time management and communication skills and are confident in owning your own projects within a collaborative team. You may not have a creative background, but you’re as at ease with creative specs as distilling complex KPIs into clear insights.

Passionate about sustainable travel
Experience in project management and multi-channel marketing campaigns
Demonstrated experience in tracking and analyzing marketing campaigns
Technical experience in Facebook Ads and GA desirable
Fluent or full professional proficiency in English; at least B2 spoken French desirable.
