What you will do

The BtoB Branding and events coordinator will be responsible for the development of Evaneos BtoB awareness, marketing activities, BtoB events and the animation of the DMC prospects’ community, but also take part in the processes industrialisation projects.
He/she will be part of the Sourcing Team in the Production Department.

Main Missions:

1 – BtoB branding and communication
● Manage and develop all online marketing channels in order to raise the Evaneos BtoB recognition and animate the DMC prospects community
● Put together the monthly BtoB newsletter in relation with the sourcing and training teams
● Animate the Evaneos LinkedIn profile (regular posts and articles)
● Create a dedicated BtoB communication landing page
● Handle external communication through DMC networks and tourism boards
● Scope for new networking and membership opportunities

2 – Lead the organisation of BtoB events
● Coordinate the different production and market teams for the BtoB fairs participation along with the head of sourcing
● Manage all logistical aspects (transport, accommodation, booth design and special events if necessary)
● Put together all related marketing materials and online communications

3 – Cross-disciplinary projects
● DMC Prospects benchmark (mystery requests & calls) analysis on specific markets
● Support on the BtoB CRM development and Sourcing data structure evolution
● Review the entire sourcing process along with the manager
● Participate in the DMC sourcing (commercial role) and recruitment on certain destinations / specific markets

What we are looking for

The BtoB Branding and events coordinator should come from a marketing or BtoB commercial background, ideally with a degree in tourism. Experience in online commerce is highly appreciated. To be considered for this role, you must be fluent in English and GERMAN. Knowledge of Italian is a plus. Knowledge of a CRM, such as Salesforce, is preferable

He/she should be passionate about travel, open-minded, sales-oriented, pragmatic, analytical, and results-oriented.
