Job Description

Your Job in a few words
We are looking for an experienced Chief Sales Officer (CSO).
Reporting to the CEO and an integral part of the Executive committee, the CSO will be in charge of a team of enthusiastic Sales & Customer relationship professionals organized both centrally and within the different market teams.
Your main mission is to guarantee and improve the quality of the service provided through our platform by the local agents. To do so:

  1. You manage directly: the Sourcing team (5 Evaneossians) who select and deal new partnerships with local agencies all around the world, the Customer Care (14 Evaneossians in Paris & about 15 People in Athens through a sub-contractor) who answers the questions from the travelers and agents and smooth the relation between both the Sales Development team (5 Evaneossians) who train the agents to offer a perfect experience to the travelers and provide the ADM (Account Development Manager) the support to coach their agents.
  2. You have the transversal management of 5 languages sales leaders in charge of DMCs account management (40 Evaneossians), linked to their markets.
  3. You follow and challenge the main Travelers Satisfaction KPIs and help the whole sales community to prepare the future, to develop their competencies, to make the DMC network grows as well, and to drive right actions to improve those KPIs.
  4. You cooperate with the Marketing x-Markets team and the International Teams to achieve the Business Targets (Booking volume, conversion rates)

Preferred Experience

Your profile

Fluency in French and English
Minimum 7 years of professional experience including operational team Management
First successful experience in B2B network animation: sales network, franchise network, large supply network etc…
First successful experience in call center management.
Ideally an experience in Travel industry and DMCs knowledge
Entrepreneurship / Team spirit (will do what it takes to get the job done)
Autonomy, ability to take initiative

Powerful analytical and synthesising skills, organised and very rigorous.
