Cluster Manager Southern Europe

As a Cluster Manager Southern Europe , you will oversee operations for Spain and Italy. The ideal candidate will boost Evaneos growth on the Southern Europe markets and actively participate in establishing our brand as the European and worldwide category leader. You will be supervised by the management circle and you’ll work in tight collaboration with Marketing, Sales, E-merchandising, Customer care and Product departments.
Together with his/her teams, the Cluster Manager Southern Europe has 2 main missions:
Marketing & Business Development: Define brand positioning and maximise qualified trip requests acquisition to Spanish-speaking and Italian-speaking travel agencies based all over the world.
Supply strategy: Make sure Evaneos has the right partners to cover Southern Europe traveler’s needs.
Manage a team of 25 Evaneossians and organize the team according to the market maturity in order to scale.
Be responsible of P&L & Southern Europe markets development strategy to reach Evaneos ambition.
Be responsible of budget definition and business forecasts.
Oversee and monitor acquisition campaigns: Search (SEO, SEA), Affiliation, retargeting, display… with the Southern Europe Marketing team.
Implement Brand Strategies together with the Southern Europe Marketing team.
Define offer and product positioning together with the Southern Europe offer team.
Ensure the development of the network of DMC (Spanish and Italian-speaking) in strategic destinations with the Southern Europe Sales team and the Sourcing team.
Closely monitor customer satisfaction (agents and travelers)
Recruit and Train Staff
Collaborate with X-market team, Central teams and participate in cross-department projects
Be the Evaneos image and voice in Spain and Italy (PR, networking, partnership,....)
The ideal Cluster Manager:
Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian (French is a plus)
Minimum 2-years experience managing a large team
Is a good communicator with strong sales capabilities
Experience managing a marketing P&L
Familiar with online traffic acquisition techniques and indicators
Has an analytical approach on the business, rigorous and synthesising skills
Can get the big picture while paying attention to the details
Knows how to work in collaborative environments and recognize him/her self in our values (Collaboration, Authenticity, Trust, Curiosity, Iteration, Passion)
Autonomous, good management of priorities and leadership
Shows entrepreneurship and can-do attitude.
Organized, creative, and problem-solving skills
Plus : Has relevant experience in the Southern Europe travel industry and a great network
