Job Description

Evaneos is looking for a "Social Ads & Display" expert who will be in charge of developing the strategy and piloting Display campaigns for Evaneos markets. He / she will aim to build a real expertise of this channel, on both the operational side and activation strategies.
He / she will work in close collaboration with a X-market team of business experts specialised in online acquisition, and will be part of the online advertising hub. He / she will also work in close interaction with the Local Markets teams and will work closely with the Data team and the Brand team for the creative elements.

As a true expert, you will coordinate the Evaneos Display / RTB and Social Ads strategy. You will accompany the markets by advising them on their choice of activations. You will enable and control these campaigns and manage tracking and trafficking.

  • Creation of the strategy and definition of objectives, responsible for performance
  • Negotiation and launch of multiple acquisition campaigns (display, advertising, programmatic, social ads...)
  • Optimisation of existing campaigns via precise and granular monitoring of performance in accordance with defined objectives.
  • Centralised Tracking and Campaign Trafficking
  • Campaign performance analysis, creation of reports and monitoring of KPIs
  • Frequent exchanges with local marketing managers (based in Paris): sharing best practices, advice, recommendations
  • Being a creative force, trying new approaches to renew the acquisition strategy of Evaneos
  • Contribution to the reflection on the attribution model

Preferred Experience

Minimum 3/4 years of experience in acquisition with a strong expertise on display and social ads.
