You will be supported by an Engineering Director, ensuring a structured leadership path and mentorship opportunities.

🤝 You're the right person for this role if you:

• 5+ years of experience in web development, building and maintaining scalable applications.

• 2+ year of management experience, ideally in a role such as Engineering Manager, VP Engineering, or CTO.

• Product Vision & Strategy: You understand how to translate business needs into actionable plans that deliver real value to users.

• Leadership Excellence: You excel at identifying talent, removing obstacles, and coordinating solutions across teams.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: You have experience using metrics and testing to guide team decisions and validate improvements.

• Team Development: You're skilled at mentoring engineers, facilitating growth conversations, and building high-performing teams.

• Technical Leadership: You can balance short-term delivery with long-term technical health and guide architectural decisions.

• Collaborative Management Style: You lead through influence, empower your team, and build trust through transparency.

• Change Management: You have experience leading teams through technical and organizational transformations.

• Continuous Improvement: You're passionate about refining processes and helping teams reach their full potential.

💰 Salary & Transparency

• Salary range is €65K-75K.
