Job Description

The Close to Home team at Evaneos đź‘Ą

Au sein du département Supply & Offer, notre mission dans l'équipe “Close to Home” est de développer le chiffre d'affaires sur les destinations européennes et nord-africaines.

Pour ce faire, l'équipe réunit des Accounts Developers et Sourcers et nous recherchons un ou une étudiante en commerce pour venir la renforcer.

Your role as Account Management Apprentice đź“ť

Mentored by Marion, our Hub leader, you will contribute to developing a geographical scope of local agencies, particularly through:

🎯 Sales development

  • Onboard new agencies and guide them through the first months of our partnership

  • Develop the other agencies to hit sales targets according to the agency evaluation grid and improve their Better Trip Index score

  • Train and animate your agency portfolio with a focus on sales performance, satisfaction, and impact.

🎯 Destinations strategy

  • KPI control and analysis

  • Define sourcing needs together with the Hub Leader and Sourcing Manager

  • Capacity management and recommendations to the acquisition teams

Votre profil  🗣️

Vous avez :

  • Une première expĂ©rience en gestion de portefeuille ou dans le domaine commercial

  • Vous avez des facilitĂ©s Ă  prioriser, et de bonnes capacitĂ©s d’analyse Ă  la lecture de KPIs

  • Comme cette job offer, vous avez un très bon niveau en anglais & français pour connecter au quotidien avec nos 15 nationalities et l'ensemble des agences de votre portefeuille :)

Vous ĂŞtes :

  • En Master d’école de commerce, ou Ă©quivalent bac+4/5

  • De nature rigoureuse et concise

  • Autonome avec malgrĂ© tout un bon esprit d’équipe

  • A l'aise lors de prĂ©sentations en 1to1 ou Ă  un petit groupe.

Recruitment Process

In French or English:

  • A first HR call with Marion G to break the ice, tell her more about you and dive into Evaneos' world

  • Practical case study report and team fit with the team (1h30) including preparation time, restitution, and discussion with the team
