Job Description

The B2B marketing team at Evaneos đź‘Ą

At Evaneos, we’re passionate about delivering unique and personalized travel experiences by connecting our customers to a global network of local travel agencies. Within the Supply & Offer Department, our B2B Marketing team plays a crucial role in supporting these agencies through targeted marketing efforts, driving their growth and success.

We seek a B2B Marketing Apprentice to support the B2B Marketing Manager in various tasks, primarily focusing on content creation, campaign management, and performance reporting. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing while contributing to the success of a dynamic, international team.

Your Role as a B2B Marketing Apprentice đź“ť

As a B2B Marketing Apprentice, you will assist the B2B Marketing Manager in executing effective marketing strategies to engage our partner agencies. Your main responsibilities will include:

📝 Content Creation:

  • Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various platforms such as newsletters, blog posts, case studies, and more.

  • Support the development of marketing materials that help communicate effectively with partner agencies.

⚙️ Campaign Management:

  • Help manage marketing campaigns targeting local travel agencies, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion.

  • Monitor and support the automation of marketing workflows using Salesforce Pardot.

đź“Š KPI Tracking & Reporting:

  • Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.

  • Prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness, tracking metrics like engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.

  • Provide actionable insights based on data to suggest improvements and optimizations for future campaigns.

🤝 Cross-team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Ops and Product Marketing teams to support the go-to-market strategy and promotional efforts.

Preferred Experience

Your Profile 🗣️

We are looking for someone passionate about marketing and eager to learn. You have a proactive mindset, are detail-oriented, and love working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You have:

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in B2B marketing and digital communications.

  • Some knowledge or experience with marketing automation tools (experience with Salesforce Pardot is a plus)

  • Basic understanding of KPIs and the ability to analyze and interpret data (experience with Excel or Google Sheets is a plus)

  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English. French, Italian, Spanish, or German would be a plus

You are:

  • Curious and eager to learn about different aspects of B2B marketing

  • Creative and able to contribute to content creation and brainstorming sessions

  • Data-driven, with an interest in analyzing performance and drawing actionable insights

  • Organized and can manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • A team player with good communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally.
