Job Description

The B2B Marketing & Sales Operations team at Evaneos 👥

Within the Supply & Offer Department, the B2B Marketing and Sales Operations team aims to boost the effectiveness and performance of our account management teams and partner agencies. We achieve this by providing them with analysis, optimized processes and tools, impactful communication, and training. Our team also contributes to enhancing alignment and engagement with the network of local agencies.

The team consists of two main areas:

  • The marketing side, mainly focusing on animating and nurturing our network of agencies, composed of a Partner Enablement Manager, and an Apprentice

  • The business operations side, focusing on empowering internal teams with a Sales Ops Analyst, a Salesforce Admin, a Salesforce Apprentice, and a Sales Enablement Manager.

To strengthen the marketing area, we are now seeking a B2B Marketing Manager who will report to the Head of B2B Marketing & Sales Operations.

Your role as B2B Marketing Manager 📝

As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy for local agencies' experience and journey, while managing and optimizing B2B marketing campaigns.

🎯 Strategy:

  • Develop targeted communication strategies for different segments of partner agencies

  • Design and implement marketing plans aimed at generating qualified leads to assist the sourcing team in finding new partners and selling additional services and products

⚙️ Campaign Management:

  • Campaign Strategy: Set clear objectives, segment audiences, and choose appropriate channels for each campaign to engage existing partners and recruit new ones

  • Partner Engagement: Maintain regular communication through newsletters, events, and meetings to keep partners motivated and well-informed

  • Prospect Nurturing: Implement automated workflows using email marketing and content sequences to nurture potential partners

  • Manage and optimize B2B marketing campaigns using Salesforce Pardot. Oversee the automation of marketing campaigns and workflows within Pardot

📝 Content Creation: produce or oversee the creation of relevant content (newsletters, case studies, blog articles, etc.) to engage the agency network and attract qualified prospects

📊 Performance analysis: analyze campaign performance (track actions and measure ROI) and propose improvements to optimize results

🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales Leaders, the Sales Ops Team, and Country Managers to ensure marketing initiatives effectively support sales efforts

  • Collaborate with our Partner Enablement Manager to enhance the engagement and skill development of the local agency network, and with the Product Marketing Manager to roll out the go-to-market strategy for Travel Suite

🎨 Brand Management: ensure brand positioning is aligned and integrated within all B2B marketing initiatives

Preferred Experience

Your profile  🗣️

You have:

  • 5 years of experience in B2B Marketing & CRM management

  • A proven experience in using Salesforce Pardot

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and are used to work cross-functionally

  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful b2b marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights

You are:

  • Fluent in both French and English to connect daily with our 15 internal nationalities, and all of our local partner agents

  • Skilled in defining the needs, supervising, and challenging content production, even when partially outsourced
