The B2B Marketing & Sales Ops team at Evaneos đź‘Ą

Within the Supply & Offer Department, the B2B Marketing and Sales Operations team aims to boost the effectiveness and performance of internal sales (account management teams) and partner agencies. We achieve this by providing them with analysis, optimized processes, and tools, impactful communication, and training. Our team also contributes to enhancing alignment and engagement within the network of local agencies.

The team consists of two main areas:

  • The B2B marketing side, which mainly focuses on our network of agencies.

  • The Business Operations side, which mainly focuses on empowering internal teams with the help of a Sales Ops Analyst, a SalesForce Admin, a SalesForce Apprentice, and a Sales Enablement Manager.

We are now seeking a Business Ops Lead to strengthen the Ops side, reporting directly to the Head of B2B Marketing & Sales Operations.

Your role as Business Ops Lead đź“ť

As Business Ops Lead, you will play a key role in managing our Ops team, ensuring efficient business reporting, processes, tools, and data accuracy as well as supporting business objectives on ad-hoc projects.

Your main missions will be:

🤝 Internal team management and external coordination:

  • Manage a team of 4 people (3 full-time employees + 1 apprentice)

  • Coordinate contracts & relationships with Salesforce freelancers: frame the needs, monitor mission progress and deliverables quality.

🎯 Strategy in collaboration with the Head of Ops and other key stakeholders:

  • Develop the team’s roadmap to ensure the achievement of the company's business objectives

  • Build & own the strategic vision for Salesforce

  • Contribute to business strategy definition & implementation

⚙️ Operational excellence:

  • Optimize processes by observing how the department works and finding ways to simplify, automate, and improve their tasks

  • Manage tools by maintaining existing and deploying new solutions to enhance sales efficiency

  • Maximize buy-in and adoption of processes & tools from teams & management

  • Contribute to harmonizing ways of working & scale best practices across teams

  • Develop the internal teams by ensuring the building and delivery of training plans to support their development and performance

  • Collaborate with the product and impact teams to deliver a roll-out plan of features internal teams need to be trained on

  • Have a global vision of the key topics and how to prioritize them

📊 Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reports (e.g., sales rates, sales cycle duration, etc.). Identify weaknesses in the sales process and propose solutions.

  • Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making

  • Raise alerts to the relevant teams & propose a mitigation action plan, while measuring the impact of the action plan on the business

  • Harmonize & oversee business reporting and performance reviews

  • Ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency with the Data team

Vous avez :

  • 5 Ă  7 ans d'expĂ©rience sur des fonctions de Business Operations

  • DĂ©jĂ  managĂ© une Ă©quipe ainsi qu'un vrai sens du leadership et de l’embarquement

  • Une très bonne maitrise de l'outil Salesforce

  • DĂ©jĂ  pu travailler avec d'autres outils de vente, reporting et automation (Looker, Make...)

  • Comme cette job offer, vous avez un très bon niveau in both French & English pour connecter au quotidien avec nos 15 nationalities :)

Vous ĂŞtes :

  • Analytique & data-driven, avec de solides compĂ©tences en analyses et rĂ©solutions de problĂ©matiques

  • Habitué·e Ă  travailler en transversal et Ă  gĂ©rer des projets impliquant de multiples parties prenantes (business, produit, data, codir,…)

  • A l’aise pour communiquer avec de nombreuses personnes diffĂ©rentes, quelque soit leur rĂ´le au sein de l’organisation
