Job Description

L’équipe Product & Growth chez Evaneos 👥

Within the Product & Growth community, our mission in the Growth department is to put the largest number of travelers with the most mature travel intentions possible into the hands of the best local experts.

Within our department, you will be part of the CRM & commercial activation team, which accompanies users in our 6 markets (French, Spanish, Italian, German, Swiss, Dutch) from the inspiration phase to their first travel purchase at Evaneos. Its objective is to maximize activity, engagement, and lead conversion metrics.

Your role as Marketing activation manager 📝

🎯 Define the commercial activation plan. Based on your business analysis and our customer behaviors, and in collaboration with the country managers, product, sales, offer, & brand teams, you define at a cross-market level:

  • the targeted customer segments,

  • the commercial activation strategy to grow the business

  • the seasonal action plans on all touchpoints (Site, CRM, Social, Partnerships, Agents community,...)

  • the budget to allocate for each plan

  • the KPIs to measure the efficiency of the action plan

🤝 Monitor the activation plan:

  • Coordinate all involved teams (Offer, Sales, CRM, Social, Acquisition, Brand, B2B, E-merchandising,...).

  • Manage other types of content production (webinars, guides, etc.) internally or externally with freelancers (briefing, controlling timing and deliverables)

  • Animate webinars for our travelers

  • Follow up on the activation results (members acquisition, requests, sales, satisfaction, quality…)

  • Suggestion of action plans to react to precise business issues (destinations/segments)

  • Newsletters: define the plan with our Campaign Manager and proofread the French wording

  • Mentor our e-merchandising & CRM apprentice

Your profile  🗣️

You have:

  • Strong communication skills

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in marketing project management with multi-stakeholder action plans

  • Comme cette job offer, you're fluent in both French & English pour connecter au quotidien avec nos 15 nationalities :)

  • A first experience in a tourism/start-up / scale-up / fast-growing environment is a plus

  • Data-driven, always challenging your actions based on figures in a test&learn approach
