Job Description

L’équipe Acquisition chez Evaneos 👥

Au sein du département Growth, la mission de l'équipe Acquisition est de développer la croissance des leviers payant sur l’ensemble des marchés.

Pour ce faire, l'équipe réunit des experts autonomes et pluridisciplinaires travaillant sur nos campagnes digitales, et nous recherchons un ou une étudiante en Marketing digital pour la renforcer.

Your role as SEA & Traffic Apprentice 📝

Mentored by a senior Acquisition Expert, you will contribute to developing initiatives across multiple markets to optimize our advertising reach and effectiveness, in particular via:

📈 SEA - Search Engine Advertising

  • Performance Monitoring: You regularly check the effectiveness of search engine advertising campaigns, tracking metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.

  • Campaign Adjustment: Based on the performance data, you make adjustments to the campaigns. This could involve changing bid amounts, revising ad copy, or targeting different keywords to improve overall campaign effectiveness.

💻 Social Media Ads

  • Creative Development: you work closely with the brand team and a media agency to develop engaging and creative ads that resonate with the target audience.

  • Communication Plan Involvement: you help plan and execute the overall communications strategy on social media platforms.

  • Performance Monitoring: Similar to search engine ads, you also monitor and report on the performance of social media ad campaigns, ensuring they align with our targets and brand guidelines.

🤝 Partnership & Affiliate Management

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: you manage and analyze the performance of affiliate partnerships, tracking metrics like traffic, conversions, and revenue generated. You help to analyze & create reports that not only highlight the outcomes but also suggest improvements or changes based on the data.

  • New Partner Outreach: you respond to inquiries from potential new partners and affiliates, and possibly help to negotiate new partnerships that align with the brand’s objectives.

Votre profil  🗣️

Vous avez :

  • Des premières connaissances pratiques ou théoriques qui seront ensuite développées au sein de l’équipe : les outils de Paid Acquisition (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager … ), de webanalytics (Google Analytics, ...) et de collaboration (Notion, Google Spreadsheet,…)

  • Comme cette job offer, vous avez un très niveau niveau in both French & English pour connecter au quotidien avec nos 15 nationalities :)

  • Une connaissance approfondie d’une des langues de nos marchés (allemand, italien ou espagnol) serait un plus.

Vous êtes :

  • Fort·e d’une approche curieuse et dynamique

  • “Fast learner”, vous apprenez rapidement et pouvez devenir autonome à court terme tout en souhaitant développer vos compétences

  • Capable de communiquer clairement et efficacement, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, pour transmettre des idées et des informations de manière compréhensible

  • Doué·e pour identifier les problèmes ou les défis et proposer des solutions efficaces, afin de répondre aux besoins spécifiques et d'améliorer continuellement vos stratégies
