L’équipe Acquisition chez Evaneos 👥

Au sein du département Growth, la mission de l'équipe Acquisition est de développer la croissance des leviers payants sur l’ensemble de nos marchés.

Pour ce faire, l'équipe réunit des experts autonomes et pluridisciplinaires travaillant sur nos campagnes digitales, et nous recherchons un ou une expert·e SEA & Partenariats Internationaux pour nous rejoindre dans le cadre d’un remplacement temporaire.

💡 Bon à savoir : bien que le poste soit actuellement proposé en contrat à durée déterminée, il pourrait éventuellement évoluer vers un CDI.

Your role as SEA & International Partnerships Manager 📝

As the SEA & International Partnerships Manager, you'll be key in expanding our paid advertising channels. You will be responsible for spearheading initiatives across multiple markets to optimize our advertising reach and effectiveness.

You will mainly work on:

📈 SEA - Search Engine Advertising on the Google & Microsoft Ads platforms for the French, Spanish, Italian, German and Dutch Markets

  • Weekly Insights and Performance Optimizations: Conduct regular analysis of campaign data to draw actionable insights. Implement operational changes to enhance the efficiency of advertising campaigns.

  • Alignment with Supply by Destination: Ensure promotional efforts sync with inventory and supply capabilities across different markets.

  • Costs Monitoring: Oversee and manage advertising budgets to maintain cost efficiency. Regularly assess spending against performance metrics to ensure optimal allocation of resources.

🤝 Partners & Affiliation for the Spanish, Italian, German and Dutch markets.

  • Monthly Insights and Performance Monitoring: Review and evaluate partner performance data monthly to ensure partnership objectives are met and identify improvement areas.

  • Relationship Management with Partners: Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with partners. Act as a primary point of contact to resolve issues and facilitate effective collaborations.

  • Coordination with Country Managers: Liaise with Country Managers to align partnership strategies with local market needs and objectives. Ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies across different regions.

Preferred Experience

Votre profil  🗣️

Vous avez :

  • 2 années d’expériences minimum sur du pilotage SEA en direct (soit en agence média, soit en direct sans agence chez un annonceur).

  • Des connaissances et compétences qui seront ensuite développées au sein de l’équipe : expertise sur les outils Paid Acquisition (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager … ), les outils de webanalytics (Google Analytics, ...), et de collaboration (Spreadsheet, Notion …)

  • Comme cette job offer, vous avez un très bon niveau en anglais & français pour connecter au quotidien avec nos 15 nationalities :)

  • Une connaissance approfondie d’une des langues de nos marchés (allemand, italien ou espagnol) serait un plus.

  • Fort·e d’une approche curieuse et dynamique

  • “Fast learner”, vous apprenez rapidement et pouvez devenir autonome à court terme tout en souhaitant développer vos compétences

  • Capable de communiquer des informations ainsi que vos idées de façon claire et efficace, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

  • Doué·e pour identifier les problèmes ou les défis et proposer des solutions efficaces, afin de répondre aux besoins spécifiques et d'améliorer continuellement vos stratégies

Recruitment Process

In French or English:

  • A first HR call with Marion to break the ice, tell her about you, and dive into Evaneos' world

  • Interview with Roland, your future Team Leader to deep dive into your work competencies and the job itself

  • A practical case study, ideally face-to-face including preparation time, restitution, and discussion with the team

  • A team fit discussion to see if we can all project ourselves together
