Job Description

We are looking for a talented, data driven & caring marketing expert to lead the marketing growth and performance team.
This team, composed of Acquisition, CRM, Business monitoring and Content experts, is in charge to define and manage the execution of marketing strategies to help us reach fast & profitable growth through qualified traffic, customer engagement & retention.
You’d be reporting directly to Aurélie, our CMO.

TASKS

*Growth strategy *
Create and implement the strategy adapted to each one of our markets & segment of travelers.
Accompany the transformation of our marketing mix towards a profitable model
Develop our traffic acquisition model to bring qualified traffic and optimize our channels’ mix
Lead the implementation and optimisation of our funnels with the product team in order to make our conversion rate grow
Improve our customers’ lifecycle in order to increase our customers’Life time value : develop engagement & loyalty initiatives to increase our volume of first timers and repeaters

Global business piloting & monitoring
Contribute to Weekly business reviews, forecasts, budgets
Lead with a Data Driven approach ⇒ Full définition and ownership of growth’KPIs & Dashboards’ implementation
Manage a marketing budget of multiple millions of Euros to ensure high performance and reach profitability

*Transversality *
Work in good synergy with other marketing teams
Work closely with the product team, the Country managers (referent for our markets), the Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve our strategy
Active support or lead of transversal projects (OKRs)

Management
Inspire, Grow & Lead the Marketing Growth and Performance team, with a very KPI oriented approach
Inspire the team to go further what they think possible
Manage an international & multicultural team (4 direct reports/10 people in the team)

Preferred Experience

Very good practice of English (fluent) and French
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Very good knowledge of Growth funnels & implementation (AARRR), acquisition channels, CRM, Loyalty & Referral
Know how to lead by example, empathetic & caring
Not afraid to be hands on, work on your own reporting & run operational tasks when necessary
Very data driven, knows data BI tools, GA, master of excel
High attention to detail and organization
Enthusiastic and self-motivated
Organized, creative and strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Understanding of Travel culture, trends, and insights
Flexible & autonomous
A strong affinity with online marketing
Result oriented
