Our tech teams are built around long-term product challenges, following the Impact Teams model with our implementation of the Shape Up methodology.

Our team of 40+ engineers is structured to ensure maximum impact and strong ownership for everyone:

  • 4 Impact Teams → Create inspiring travel experiences, empowering travelers to co-create their journeys. We also support local travel agencies with tools to boost efficiency and traveler connections.

  • Platform Team → Empowers developers with greater autonomy, simplifies daily workflows, and offers a self-service platform.

  • Data Team → Manages the data ecosystem and supports decision-making processes.

  • Mobile Platform Team → Develops and improves our iOS & Android applications to enhance the travel experience from both sides.

    📲Partner App – Supports local travel agencies in managing trips and staying connected with travelers.

📲 Your Role as iOS Engineer

As our iOS referent, you’ll take ownership of iOS development while exploring hybrid solutions like Kotlin Multiplatform to enhance our mobile offerings.

Here's what your responsibilities will include:

  • Be the iOS Expert → Support Impact Teams by integrating mobile features smoothly into the product.

  • Develop & Maintain → Build and improve our iOS applications, ensuring high-quality performance and scalability.

  • Explore Hybrid Tech → Lead the technical exploration of Kotlin Multiplatform and other hybrid solutions.

  • Define Best Practices → Establish and promote standards for architecture, code quality, and performance.

  • Monitor & Optimize → Track app performance in production (bug monitoring, crash analysis, performance bottlenecks).

  • Quality First → Actively participate in QA phases to ensure a smooth and reliable user experience.

  • Drive Innovation → Bring new ideas, identify user needs, and contribute to a better mobile experience.

🤝 This could be a great match if:

  • You have 4+ years of experience in native iOS development with Swift.

  • You are familiar with modular architectures (like MVVM-C), Core Data, AutoLayout, and have experience with SwiftUI.

  • You know how to handle network requests and background tasks in iOS apps, using Swift tools like Combine or Swift Concurrency.

  • You are comfortable with CI/CD tools (Fastlane, Bitrise) and manage dependencies (Cocoapods, SPM) to speed up development.

  • You are curious about hybrid technologies like Kotlin Multiplatform and their impact on scalability.

  • You have experience working closely with Product & Design teams to align mobile development with business needs.

  • You believe in team collaboration and enjoy discussing ideas and decisions with others.

  • You’re someone who brings solutions, asks questions, and keeps pushing for better results.

  • You enjoy sharing your knowledge and learning from others, whether it’s about your wins or challenges.

💰 Salary & Transparency

For this role, the salary range is €53K-63K.

At Evaneos, salary decisions are fully transparent—your compensation will be defined by looking at figures, your career track, and by comparing your level with that of your peers to ensure fairness.
