What you will do

Evaneos is looking for its Traffic Manager for the Italian market, in charge of managing the current online acquisition channels and opening new ones.
In your day to day job, you will work in collaboration with the international marketing team and especially with SEA, SEO and PARTNERSHIP experts, as well as with the Italian team managed by your Country Manager.

Tasks

  • Creation, management and optimization of Google Adwords and Bing campaigns (SEA, Display and Retargeting) through the DoubleClick Search platform.
  • Creation, management and optimization of campaigns on various social media.
  • Creation and management of online partnerships.
  • Coordination of SEO projects.
  • Analysis of the performances and the main KPIs by channel and by campaign in order to achieve the objectives and ROI.
  • Creation of monthly reports.
  • Coordination with the managers of the various geographical areas (Area Manager) to determine the volume of monthly leads per destination and weekly follow-up.
  • Strategic coordination with cross-market acquisition experts and with the country manager.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum of two years of experience in creating, managing and analyzing Google Adwords campaigns: creating campaign structure, budget management, campaign optimization, analysis of results … The knowledge of DoubleClick Search is appreciated but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrable experience in the creation, management and optimization of campaigns in Facebook Ads.
  • Good working knowledge of online marketing tools: Google Analytics, Google Adwords, retargeting/display platforms...
  • The knowledge of other acquisition channels is also an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian language.
  • Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent analysis and synthesis capabilities // Data-driven profile.
  • Autonomous, but at the same time a real team player.
