What you will do

This job offers the unique opportunity to participate in the development of a fast growing start-up. You will apply a very diverse set of skills including management of current projects, analysis, and synthesis. You will be part of the Dutch-speaking team of Evaneos based in Paris.

As an Account Development Manager for the Dutch market, you will have several missions in Account Management and Offer Management.

Account Management

  • Supporting the ADM team in the development of the worldwide travel agency network
  • Supporting the ADM team in coaching and training local agencies to work with our tools and procedures
  • Supporting the ADM team in management of local agents and sales development
  • Participate in Evaneos- and offsite events such as holiday fairs

Offer Management

  • Benchmark of the competition and auditing our existing offer
  • Collect itineraries, Agency pages content and experiences
  • Coordinate the rewriting and updating the itineraries
  • Pricing management
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of itinerary pages

What we are looking for

With the large scope of tasks to handle and the extent of work, you will have to be extremely flexible, available, independent and adaptable. This “hands-on” job demands a great versatility: diplomacy, communication skills, sense of responsibility, autonomy, intercultural competence, empathy and perseverance. And of course: passion for travel!

  • Graduated in tourism or business studies with a focus on tourism management
  • Dutch native speaker required, excellent language skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • French skills are helpful but not mandatory
  • Preferably experience or knowledge of the tourism sector and e-commerce
  • Preferably experience with managing customer relations / account management
  • Powerful analytical and synthesising skills, organised and very rigorous
  • Reliability, strong sense of quality, aspiration and respect for commitments
  • Autonomy, ability to take initiative
  • Honesty, confidence and discretion
