Job Description

Are you a passionate traveler, are you organized and methodical? If so, this position is for you.

Evaneos is looking for its new Online Offer Manager for the French speaking market, in charge of managing the current online offer and creating new itineraries to satisfy travellers'expectations.

As part of the French Offer team,in your day to day job, you will work in collaboration with local travel agencies to create the online offer, with the international offer team to develop synergy regarding the company's offer strategy, with the French marketing team to best announce the online programs and with the French Sales Development team to ensure local agencies request capacity.

Your missions:

Co-ordinate the deployment of our trip planning tool & be the garant of the quality of its content.

Building of the offer (itineraries)

  • Benchmark of the competition
  • Auditing the existing offer
  • Contribute to the definition of guidelines for creating new itineraries
  • Identity the strategic vertical / range of itineraries to develop to become a multi-specialist
  • Collect itineraries, Agency pages content and experiences
  • Coordinate the rewriting and updating the itineraries
  • Pricing management

E-merchandising

  • Monitoring of the conversion rate (sessions > requests)
  • Monitoring of the sales rate on itinerary pages and agencies pages
  • Collaboration with the marketing team (Newsletter, PR, partnerships...)
  • Creation and update of thematic pages
  • Animation of the offer on the destination pages

Training for the agencies (1to1, webinars...)
Quality monitoring

Preferred Experience

  • A first experience in the tourism industry
  • Knowledge of the SEO
  • Excellent knowledge of the French language (spoken & written).
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Excellent analysis and synthesis capabilities // Data-driven profile.
  • Autonomous, but at the same time a real team player.
  • Working knowledge of online marketing tools (Google Analytics) appreciated
