Evaneos is looking for its new Online Offer Manager for the Italian Market, in charge of online offer quality and performances.


  • Create and develop an extraordinary sustainable, multi-specialist and structured offer for Italian Market.
  • Contribute to the Global Offer strategy by roll out cross market strategy.
  • Monitor the performances in order to increase performances of the conversion funnel onsite.


  • Benchmark of the competition to define new trends or guidelines.
  • Auditing the existing offer to capitalize on the current best pratices and identify the axis of improvement.
  • Contribute to define and implement the guidelines for all the content related to offer.
  • Collect content for the Itinerary pages, Agency pages, Thematic pages and Experiences.
  • Identify new product lines and itineraries opportunities to develop on the market.
  • Coordinate the rewriting and updating the itineraries (working in collaboration with freelancers and an interns).
  • Contribute to define the pricing management policy with the Offer Xmarket team.


  • Animation of the offer on the destination pages to optimize the funnel (session to sales).
  • Monitoring the performances of the funnel of conversion of the traffic landing on the Offer pages / commercial pages.
  • Lead deep analysis in top destinations.
  • Collaboration with the marketing team to drive qualified traffic to the offer pages.


  • Italian speaking local agencies around the globe

Preferred Experience

  • A first experience in the tourism industry
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of the SEO
  • Working knowledge of online marketing tools (Google Analytics) appreciated
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian language (spoken & written).
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Excellent analysis and synthesis capabilities // Data-driven profile.
  • Autonomous, but at the same time a real team player.
