Job Description

🌍 About the position

We are looking for an Italian-speaking Sales Agent to support the agency in managing the Italian market.

You will handle qualified requests from Italian-speaking travelers via the Evaneos platform, advise them on Peru as a destination, and design tailor-made itineraries that match their expectations. Working remotely and in close collaboration with the team based in Cusco, you will guide travelers from the first contact through to the end of their trip, ensuring a smooth, reassuring, and high-quality experience.

💼 Your main missions

✈ Sales & customer support

  • Handle incoming trip requests from Italian-speaking travelers via the Evaneos platform and respond in a timely, professional way.

  • Understand travelers’ expectations, constraints, and specific needs in order to propose relevant travel options.

  • Provide clear and inspiring guidance on Peruvian destinations, cultures, and traditions.

  • Design customized itineraries that reflect each traveler’s interests, pace, and travel style.

📋 Operations & practical management

  • Prepare and validate detailed quotations in line with the agency’s standards and processes.

  • Match each request with the most suitable local partners and services.

  • Coordinate bookings with hotels, guides, and transport providers to ensure smooth logistics for every trip.

🌟 Customer care & quality during the trip

  • Act as the main point of contact for travelers before and during their journey.

  • Monitor service quality and traveler satisfaction from confirmation to return.

  • Handle complaints, changes, cancellations, or unexpected issues with calm, empathy, and professionalism.

🌱 Responsible tourism

  • Promote sustainable travel practices in the way trips are designed and operated.

  • Contribute to selecting and working with eco-conscious suppliers and local partners.

  • Educate travelers about their local impact and encourage respectful behavior toward communities and the environment.


💰 Contract conditions

  • 📅 Type of contract: Long term / permanent local contract

  • 📍 Location: Remote role from anywhere in Peru, on site role in Cusco

  • 🤝 Availability: As soon as possible

  • Working time: Full-time

  • 💻 Work mode: 100% remote from Peru (mandatory)

  • 💲 Compensation: Fixed monthly remuneration plus a fixed % commission per dossier or sale

  • Organization & attention to detail: You manage several files at the same time, keep information up to date, and don’t lose track of key elements.

  • Sales & negotiation skills: You feel comfortable turning qualified requests into confirmed bookings while keeping both quality and margins in mind.

  • Team spirit: You like working with others, share information openly, and contribute to a positive atmosphere, even in a remote context

  • This role is ideal for a beginner profile (0–1 year of experience). (Internships, first jobs, or relevant projects in tourism, sales, or customer service are all considered valuable experience.)

  • Destination knowledge of Peru: Already familiar with the country or highly motivated to develop solid expertise on its main regions.

🌐 Languages required

  • Italian: native or B2 level (spoken and written), allowing you to communicate clearly and confidently with travelers, especially in writing.

  • Spanish basic or conversational
