The agency is looking for a Travel Expert to join its team in Buenos Aires starting in January 2026. This role combines sales, customer relations, product development, and operational support, working with both B2C and B2B clients.

You will advise travelers and partner agencies, design tailor-made itineraries, manage sales performance, and collaborate closely with local suppliers and internal teams. The position also includes operational involvement on the ground, offering a comprehensive and hands-on experience within a DMC environment.

💼 Your main missions

🧭 Sales & customer relations (B2C & B2B)

  • Collect travelers’ expectations and advise both individual clients and B2B partners.

  • Design personalized itineraries adapted to different client profiles and markets.

  • Prepare quotations, present proposals, adjust offers, and close sales.

  • Ensure client and partner follow-up before, during, and after the trip.

  • Analyze traveler and partner feedback to continuously improve travel experiences.

  • Monitor sales performance indicators such as conversion rate, margins, loyalty, and B2B repeat business.

  • Contribute to the development of the agency’s partner agency portfolio.

💼 Production, B2B & partnerships

  • Update online offers on the agency website and on B2B partner platforms.

  • Build and optimize products dedicated to B2B agencies.

  • Research new local suppliers and services.

  • Negotiate rates with providers for both B2C and B2B activities.

  • Participate in inspection and familiarization trips to validate and improve products.

  • Create simple content such as articles, product sheets, B2B materials, or social media content.

  • Work closely with Sales and B2B Production teams.

🌟 Operations & on-the-ground support

  • Welcome travelers in Buenos Aires, including direct clients and B2B groups.

  • Take part in the emergency phone rotation.

  • Support operational follow-up of departures and handle on-the-ground issues when needed.


💰 Contract conditions

  • 💻 Work mode: Hybrid (office and remote work)

Requisitos

✅ Core skills & experience

  • Native or bilingual French and Spanish, with a conversational level of English.

  • Previous experience in a travel agency or DMC; B2B exposure is a strong asset.

  • Confident communicator, comfortable selling by phone and email.

  • Strong commercial instinct combined with a genuine passion for travel.

  • Willingness to learn and master internal booking and reservation systems.

  • Good knowledge of Latin America and strong interest in the region.

  • Autonomous, service-oriented, proactive, and team-spirited, with a taste for challenge.

  • French – Native or bilingual

  • Spanish – Native or bilingual

  • English – Conversational level
