Evaneos is looking for a German OR Dutch-speaking SEA Manager to join its Northern Europe Marketing Team (DE / NL / CH Markets) in Evaneos’ headquarter in Paris. The SEA Manager will be managing, optimizing, and growing our paid search campaigns on German and Dutch Speaking markets, having a high responsibility as managing an important part of our marketing costs. Reporting directly to the Northern Europe Marketing Manager, the SEA Manager Northern Europe will be working in strong collaboration with our central acquisition teams as well as with German & Dutch marketing / offer & sales development teams.

Main Tasks
Full ownership & management of our Google & Bing Ads accounts of / &, including optimization of current campaigns and creation of new ones
Performance analysis of SEA campaigns and close monitoring of KPIs to achieve ambitious goals and maximize ROI
Development of new opportunities & optimization of existing ones: Creating campaigns, ads, keywords
Management of volumes of conversions adapted to different goals and possibilities of our local agencies
Definition of the local SEA roadmap in coordination with central acquisition teams & local marketing manager
Innovation: trying new approaches to renew the acquisition strategy of Evaneos on German & Dutch speaking markets

Preferred Experience

GERMAN AND / OR DUTCH B2 level with excellent english skills (french is not mandatory but can be plus)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Traffic Management, with excellent knowledge of the most important KPIs in this field
Expertise in SEA, able to set and reach ambitious objectives in this field
Mastering the different buying models : CPC / CPA / CPL
Data & performance driven
Analytics (Excel and Google Analytics are your friends)
Autonomous, organized, good management of priorities
