Uber connects customers with professional drivers. Airbnb connects travellers with property owners. Evaneos connects travellers with local travel agencies!

What you will do

This position offers the unique opportunity to participate actively in the development of a fast growing travel start-up. You will have the chance to enlarge your experience and skill-set in a wide range of marketing channels and to work in a vibrant, international environment among people of 25 different nationalities, that are passionate about what they do.

Together with the Marketing Manager DACH and the cross-market team, you will work on a large variety of projects in order to take our German speaking websites and to the next level. Your tasks/projects might include:

  • Development, management and optimization of partnerships and affiliate programmes
  • Development, management and optimization of display, retargeting and social campaigns
  • Creation and management of CRM & Email campaigns, from the roadmap to operational set up & optimization
  • Definition, creation and management of loyalty & retention programs
  • Modelling and forecasting results, analysis, reporting and optimization of performance

What we are looking for

With the large scope of tasks to handle and the extent of work, you will have to be extremely flexible, available, independent and adaptable. This "hands-on" position demands a great versatility: sharp analytical skills, strong communication ability, creativity, intercultural competence, empathy and perseverance. And of course: passion for travel!

  • German native speaker English and French skills are helpful to accompany the international development
  • First experience in a similar position (Acquisition & Traffic Management, Email Marketing, Affiliation etc)
  • Good interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Powerful analytical skills, organised and rigorous
  • Autonomy, ability to take initiative, entrepreneur spirit & curiosity
  • Reliability, strong sense of quality, aspiration and respect for commitments
  • Photoshop and HTML knowledge are a plus
