What you will do

We're looking for individuals who are quality-driven, results-focused, determined to succeed, experienced in luxury travel and who are committed to ensuring our travellers have an amazing experience.
You will love the thought of exceeding traveller’s expectations.

Things you will need to bring to begin your adventure with us:

*Sales skills *– You will have that edge when it comes to sales and understanding how to provide amazing customer service. You will guide our potential travellers through quotes requests processed over the phone.

*Travel experience *– You are a globe trotter who has an incurable case of the travel bug, demonstrated of course by having visited a variety of overseas destinations.

Engagement & Satisfaction – You will be responsible for responding to travellers’ inquiries, questions, and complaints in a best manner on all the channels (phone, emails, chat, social media) to ensure a seamless customer journey.

*Communication *– You will be responsible for ensuring that all relevant communication, records, shared spreadsheets, and data are updated and recorded, and will liaise with our International Traveller Care Manager and our market team on a daily basis.

o are a French native speaker
o love travelling
o are fluent in English
o are an empathic person
o are perfectly comfortable both speaking over the phone and writing emails
o never worked in a call centre (we want people passionate about helping people and sharing their travel knowledge. You are there to provide an experience to our travellers, not to read a script)
