Job Description

We are looking for a User Researcher to join our product team and help us build and scale this expertise at Evaneos.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Ux Designers and Product Managers on the research part of their key projects.
  • Improve our tooling and processes to scale user research internationally and bring more efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the data team to combine both qualitative and quantitative research approach in the most efficient way.
  • Run continuous research on key parts of the experience and specific discovery research on selected strategic projects.
  • Share insights to the teams that inform product & business decisions
  • Be the voice of the user at Evaneos scale and extend user research impact to non-product teams too.

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years of significative experience in Product & UX research or insights-related position
  • Experience with both quantitative and qualitative methodologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to share insights with stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail oriented with strong skills in analysis and synthesis
  • English, French and German speaking are considered as a strong asset
  • Real team player willing to collaborate with many different people and teams
